H.Poornachandra Kedilaya and Giridhar Rao Y, Directors-26 years of Industrial Leadership Experience across diverse industry domains like Metro rail, Solar, HVAC and Domestic Household Accessories. They have strongly partnered together through thick and thin times-from a humble beginning started in a small 400 square feet workspace with 2 employees to currently a 40,000 square feet workshop and about 200 employees. Their versatile experience leading a Small Scale industry has enriched their experience by encompassing all the nuances of the Industry.

They have led multiple cross functional teams covering design, manufacturing and after sales processes. This habit of theirs has also given birth to a number of never seen before metro rail solutions in our country like seating and emergency evacuation systems for which some design and process patents are pending. Their experience enables them to employ D2C concepts as per their customers wishes. Their
in-depth knowledge of tooling, jigs and fixtures have been used as valuable inputs in the manufacturing process design and has been instrumental in developing APQP techniques for product development and its processing. The directors have ensured the lean manufacturing practices are adhered to by upgrading the skill matrix and Kaizen techniques constantly to achieve optimization of the resources.

The Directors also have an in depth knowledge of product pricing, Life cycle costing (L.C.C), RAMS, Channel and Retail distribution networking pan India and all the facets of commercial banking like handling bank guarantees, Letter of credits, export financing, taxation and other statutory requirements.
